CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a strict 10 minute grace period for lateness, after 10 minutes your appointment is considered a “no show”. Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the total cost of your service. Cancellations/Reschedules must be done online at least 12 hours in advance. Text 484-254-6321 to notify me if you need assistance. No shows or day of cancellations will incur a 25% fee.
